A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PETITION FOR SMC CERTIFICATION
WHEREAS, THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO
GROVE desire to remain a Certified Community for the purpose of administering the
Lake County Watershed Development Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, that the
President and Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute
the "Petition for SMC Certification." A copy of said petition is attached
thereto and made a part thereof.
