RESOLUTION authorizing William Brimm to serve as Trustee of the
Illinois Metropolitan Investment Fund.
WHEREAS, William Brimm is an official of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and
Cook Counties, Illinois (the "Village ") ; and
WHEREAS, such person has been appointed as a Trustee of the Illinois Metropolitan
Investment Fund (the "Fund"); and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interests of the Village that the President and
Board of Trustees grant authorization to such official to serve as such Trustee:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois, in the exercise of its home rule
powers, that William Brimm be and is hereby authorized to serve as a Trustee of the Fund.
BE IT AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk shall prepare a signed
copy of this resolution as written evidence of such authorization and shall deliver the same to
the Secretary of the Fund.
