BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of curb and gutter, base course restoration and
resurfacing, design engineering.
and shall be constructed 36' and 27' B -B feet wide
and be designated as Section 95- 00070 -FP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of One Hundred Thousand ----------------
------------------------------------------------ Dollars($ 100,000.00 for the
Improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract
