RESOLUTION NO. 93- 40
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
TO BUFFALO GROVE PARK DISTRICT
(Lot 9006 in CHERBOURG UNIT 2),
WHEREAS; the Village of Buffalo Grove is the owner of a
certain parcel of real property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Village has no immediate use for said real
property; and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities deem it to.be in the
public interest to have said property put to public use by
deeding same to the Buffalo Grove Park District and their succes-
sors in office for the use and benefit of the public; and
WHEREAS, the transferee municipality has by ordinance
declared that it is necessary or convenient for it to use, occupy
or improve said real estate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section l: Pursuant to the authority granted to municipali-
ties in Chapter 30, Sections 156 to 158(a) of the Illinois
Revised Statutes, the President and Clerk of the Village of
Buffalo Grove are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
deed to the Buffalo Grove Park District and their successors in
office for the use and benefit of the public, a copy of which
deed is attached as Exhibit "A ".
Section 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by two- thirds of the trustees
then holding office.

created and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the

Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in
