RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO THE SOLID WASTE AGENCY OF NORTHERN COOK COUNTY
BE IT
RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of
the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois as follows:
Section
1. The Village of Buffalo Grove is a member of the Solid Waste
Agency of
Northern Cook County ( "The Agency ") and, pursuant to the
Agency Agreement establishing the Agency, is entitled to appoint a Director
and one or
more Alternate Directors to the Board of Directors of the
Agency.
Section
2. The President and Board of Trustees appoints Sidney H.
Mathias (designate person and title) as the Village's Director on the Board of
Directors of the Agency and appoints William R. Balling as its Alternate
Director, in
each case for a term expiring April 30, 1995, or until his or her
successor is
appointed.
Section
3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon
passage and
approval.
