BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of design of a sidewalk /bikeway to be located on
the south side of Busch Road between Illinois Route 83 and Buffalo Grove Road.
and shall be constructed 8 feet wide
and be designated as Section 89- 00049 -00 -RP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Eleven Thousand, Six Hundred
and no hundredths X X X X X X ----------- - - - - -- Dollars ($ 11, 600.00 ) for the
Improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ;and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.
