Grove began with service to the Buffalo Grove Plan Commission from April 1980

Uniteb States Constitution resulting in gear -long enucational efforts to
enlighten resinents about the Constitution's importance anb influence; anh,
WHEREAS, JorAan was electeb Village Trustee in April, 1987; anb, I/
0H£REAS, JorAan serveb in a number of important roles incluning liaison ((
to the Blue Ribbon Committee on Cultural Affairs, the Boarb of Health anA the
Fire anb Police Commission; anA,
WHEREAS, nuring Jornan's tenure he plageb an important part in
significant berisions on nevelopment anA growth inrlubing the extension of
Buffalo Grove Raab, a Uniteb States Post Office aub numerous resibential anb
commercials nevelopments such as The Nooblanbs at Fiore and Buffalo Grove
Town Center; anb, ,
NHER£AS, through participation in all these activities, Jorban has mabe
significant contributions to becisions shaping the future of the Village of /
Buffalo Grove, anh his nebiration and performance over the gears merit
special recognition.

THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND CAKE COUNTIES, ICCINOIS as follows:
