BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of _ Engineering and Construction Required to Implement
Pavement Marking, Sidewalk and Bikepath and Other Appurtenant Items
and be designated as Section 89- 00049 -01 -GL
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Fifty Thousand Five Hundred and No/ 100
Dollars (S 50,500 - 00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section 89- 00049- 01 -GL, adopted by the
President Board of Trustees on December 17, 1990, was approved
by this Department on March 14, 1991. This resolution provides
for a bike path, sidewalk and other appurtenant work on Bush
Pkwy @ Commerce Ct. and appropriates $50,500.00 of Motor Fuel
Tax funds for the subject section.
