BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified copies of this
resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Schaumburg , Illinois,

Dear Madam:
The resolution adopted by the President and Board of Trustees
on December 17, 1990 appropriating $30,000.00 of motor fuel tax
funds for the maintenance of various municipal streets from
January 1, 1991, to December 31, 1991, was approved by this
Department on December 26, 1990.
The estimate of maintenance cost in the amount of $30,000.00
for municipal streets was also approved by this Department on
December 26, 1990 and your file copy is being returned to
Gregory Boysen Director of Public Works.
Expenditure for the full amount of the approved estimate
$301000.00 from your unobligated motor fuel tax account is
hereby authorized and will be recorded on your next monthly
Allotment Notification Letter.
