RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 31
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INDEMNIFICATION
WITH LAKE COUNTY
WHEREAS THE VILLAGE is desirous of having striping installed on
certain Village streets by the County of Lake, through its Division of
Transportation and,
WHEREAS, an indemnification is required by Lake County prior to
the work being performed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois,
that the President and Clerk be; and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the necessary indemnification. A copy of said
indemnification is attached hereto and made a part thereof.

Division of Transportation for the striping of various streets or
roadways that are within the jurisdiction of the VILLAGE
of RUFFAT 0 GROVE The VILLAGE of
RTTFFAT.O GROVE. shall indemnify and save harmless the County
of Lake and its duly authorized agents and employees against any
action for personal injury, death or property damage sustained by
reason of the work involved herein or the use of same including
but not limited to appearing for and defending the County of Lake
and its agents and employees in any aforesaid actions, exclusive of
actions resulting from negligent acts or omissions of employees or
agents of the County of Lake..
