A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE SEMI - ANNUAL REVIEW OF CLOSED
MEETING MINUTES OF THE CORPORATE AUTHORITIES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
Be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook
and Lake Counties, Illinois, pursuant to Section 2.06(d) of the Open Meetings Act:
SECTION ONE: The Corporate Authorities of the Village have determined that the need for
confidentiality still exists as to all closed session minutes not previously released, and the same
shall not be released for public inspection.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.

ABSENT: 0 - None
