A Resolution Amending Village of Buffalo Grove
Freedom of Information Act Directory
WHEREAS, Village of Buffalo Grove Resolution No. 2009 -49 adopted the Village of Buffalo Grove
Freedom of Information Act Directory (the "Directory "); and,
WHEREAS, the Directory needs to be amended to designate Dane Bragg, Village Manager, as a
Freedom of Information Officer to replace William Brimm; and,
WHEREAS, the Directory needs to be amended to replace Dr. Eric Smith, Village Trustee, to
replace Lisa Stone.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1. The foregoing Whereas clauses are hereby incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village of Buffalo Grove Freedom of Information Act Directory is hereby
amended by designating Dane Bragg, Village Manager, as a Village Freedom of Information
Officer and removing William Brimm as a Village Freedom of Information Officer.
Section 3. The Directory is hereby amended by designating Dr. Eric Smith, as Trustee and
removing Lisa Stone.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to amend the Directory in accordance with this
Resolution.
Section 5. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
