RESOLUTION NO. 2009- 3
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES
AGREEMENT FOR FLOOD RISK REDUCTION PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees desire to proceed
with specific Flood Risk Reduction Projects; and,
WHEREAS, an engineering services agreement for the design stage of the
projects is needed in order to proceed with the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, Illinois as
follows:
1. The letter agreement as revised January 6, 2009, RE: "Proposal for Professional
Design Engineering and Permitting Services - 2008 Flood Risk Reduction
Projects" is hereby approved.
2. The Village Manager is authorized and directed to execute the agreement for the
Village. A copy of said agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
