RESOLUTION NO. 2009 - 28
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REPRESENTATIVE
TO SIGN LOAN DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, application provisions for loans from the Public Water Supply Loan Program for
construction of water mains and related works require that the Village of Buffalo Grove authorize a
representative to sign the loan application forms and supporting documents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that the
Village Manager of the Village of Buffalo Grove is hereby authorized to sign all loan application forms
and supporting documents.

NAYS: 0 - None
ABSENT: 1 - Glover
