Commending OMcer Robert Sizer
For Service to the Village of Buffalo Grove, 1997 -2008
Whereas, Officer Robert Sizer began his
career with the Buffalo Grove Police Department v
as a Police Officer on September 8, 1997; and
Whereas, Officer Robert Sizer was selected as one of the Police Department's crisis
negotiators, and less than lethal deployment officers and
Whereas, Officer Robert Sizer consistently provided valuab�ec tasizeno lice academy selective
and
traffic enforcement efforts, provided instruction on various topics at o P
presented a positive attitude in all levels of his work that earned the trust and respect of the entire
community, and
Whereas Officer Robert Sizer has received numerous letters of thanks, awards and

recognition's including a Overall Traffic Safety Award, Employee of 00' and er 1999, Umt

Citation, Honorable Mention, and being selected Officer of the Year m ^
Whereas, Officer Robert Sizer has served the department, Village; State and Community, 1
with integrity, character, dedication, and professionalism for, over, 11 years.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the President and Board of Trustees of Village thank and
Buffalo Grove that Officer Robert Sizer is to be congratulated and exte.
