RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 16
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AND
ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE
SOLID WASTE AGENCY OF NORTHERN COOK COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY AND LAKE COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The Village of Buffalo Grove is a member of the Solid Waste
Agency of Northern Cook County (`the Agency ") and, pursuant to the Agency Agreement
establishing the Agency, is entitled to appoint a Director and one or more Alternate Directors
to the Board of Directors in the Agency.
SECTION TWO: The President and the Board of Trustees appoints Elliott Hartstein,
Village President as the Village's Director on the Board of Directors of the Agency and
appoints William H. Brimm, Village Manager as its Alternate Director, in each case for a
term expiring April 30, 2009, or until his or her successor is appointed.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
approval and effective as of May 1, 2007.
