1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of curb and cutter hase course restoration and

and be designated as Section 05- 00081 -00 -RS
2. That there is herebv appropriated the (additional) sum of One million two hundred sixty thousand
Dollars ( $1.260.000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municioalitv's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by contract : and.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district office of the Department of Transportation.
