BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the

1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of a pavement surface condition survey and deflection analysis on

2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of Sixty thousand
Dollars ( $60,000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by contract ; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to the
district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Ms. Sirabian:
The Resolution for Section 02- 00085- 00 -ES, adopted by the President and
Board of Trustees on April 1, 2002 was approved by this Department on April 9,
2002. This resolution provides for pavement surface condition survey an all of
the streets under the jurisdiction of the Village of Buffalo Grove and
appropriates $60,000.00 of motor fuel tax funds for the subject section.
You will note that approval is being given for 02- 00085 -00 -ES rather than
Section 02- 00083- 00 -ES. Please reference all future correspondence to the
approved section number.
