RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 14
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE PAVEMENT EVALUATION SERVICES
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove
desire to cause . the performance of an analysis of pavement conditions and the
preparation of a five -year pavement maintenance program recommendation, and
WHEREAS, the approval of an Agreement for Engineering Services is required in
order to proceed with these pavement evaluations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that the President and
Village Clerk be, and they are already authorized and directed to execute the Engineering
Agreement with a subject denoted as "Consulting Services for Pavement Management
Program ", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Dear Ms. Sirabian:
The agreement for engineering services dated April 4, 2002 between the Village
of Buffalo Grove and IMS Infrastructure Management Services Consulting
Engineers, for engineering services to be performed in connection with the
Village's motor fuel tax construction improvement designated as Section 02-
00085 -00 -ES was approved by this Department on April 9, 2002. The Village's
file copy of the agreement is being returned herewith.
Please note the approved is being given for Section 02- 00085 -00 -ES rather than
Section 02- 00083- 00 -ES. Please reference all future correspondence to the
approved section number.
