APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE SOLID W ASTE AGENCY OF
NORTHERN COOK COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALOGROVE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The Village of Buffalo Grove is a member of the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County
( "the Agency ") and, pursuant to the Agency Agreement establishing the Agency, is entitled to appoint a Director and
one or more Alternate Directors to the Board of Directors of the Agency.
SECTION TWO: The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo Grove appoint Village President
Elliott Hartstein as the Village's Director on the Board of Directors of the Agency and appoint Village Manager
William Balling as its alternate Director, in each case for a term expiring April 30, 2003, or until his successor is
appointed.
SECTION THREE: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and approval.
