RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE PLAN COORDINATOR AND PRIMARY
CONTACT PERSON TO THE ICMA RETIREMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, The Village of Buffalo Grove adopted the Contract and By -Laws of
the ICMA Retirement Corporation by Ordinance and thereby became a
participant of said plan; and
WHEREAS, said membership provides that member units of local government
shall appoint one (1) person to represent said Agency as coordinator for this
program;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by CORPORATE AUTHORITIES, of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois, that the Director of
Human Resources shall be the coordinator for this program; shall cast, on behalf
of the Employer, any required votes under the ICMA Retirement Trust;
Administrative duties to carry out the plan may be assigned to the appropriate
departments, and is authorized to execute all necessary agreements with ICMA
Retirement Corporation incidental to the administration of the Plan, commencing
November 1, 2000.
