A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING STEVENSON HIGH SCHOOL
WHEREAS, Stevenson High School is being recognized by the U.S. Department of
Education as one of the New American High Schools; and
WHEREAS, Stevenson is one of only 30 schools to receive this recognition; and
WHEREAS, Stevenson High School has been determined to be on the leading edge of
reform and has been given the responsibility to ,serve as a role model to other high schools
throughout the country; and
WHEREAS, Stevenson ftigh School has three tunes een "the recipient of the Blue
Ribbon Award for Excellence in Education, awarded liy the U.S. Department of Education.
