WHEREAS, THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
BUFFALO GROVE desire to cause the implementation of the 2014 Village Wide Contractual
Street Reconstruction Project — Phase 2.and
WHEREAS, the approval ofan agreement with econsulting engineer io required inorder
ho proceed with the necessary engineering of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Grove, Lake and Cook Counties, U|inoia, that the President is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the "Construction Engineering and Construction Staking
Services Agreement". A copy of said contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
