AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 0-62-18
(An Ordinance Regulating Traffic) AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. Article 5 of Ordinance No. 62-18 asAmended is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraphs:
5.18 Stop signs shall be installed at the intersections of:
(a) Plum Grove Circle and Arlington Heights Road for Plum
Grove Road traffic.
(b) Arlington Heights Road and Bernard Drive for Bernard
Drive traffic.
(c) Arlington Heights Road and Beechwood Drive for Beech -
wood Drive traffic.
(d) Golfview Terrace and Raupp Blvd., for all traffic at
the said intersection.
(e) Strathmore Court at Arlington Heights Road and the
Ballantrae Parking Lot entering Arlington Heights Road.
(f) Penalties for violation of this paragraph shall be the
same as provided for violations of other stop signs.
The drivers of all vehicles shall stop at such intersections
in obedience to said stop signs.
5.19 By permission of the owners of the land there is hereby
established a "No Parking Fire Lane" in the driving lane
fronting the Ranch Mart Shopping Center. Said lane shall be
appropriately marked. No vehicle shall stand, stop or park
in said area at any time. Penalty for violation of this para-
graph shall be the same as provided for violations of other
no parking areas.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
