BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF ITIE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS
SECTION ONE: Article VIII of the Comprehensive Zon-
ing Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, 196I,
as amended, is hereby amended by deleting from subsection I.3
thereof the last sentence of said subsection. Said Section 1
is further amended by adding thereto the following:
4 'Advertising signs' and 'business signs' which
direct attention to residential construction
carried on within the corporate limits of the
Village. Said signs shall not exceed a total
of four hunilred (40O) square feet and shall be
perlLitted only during the time the construc-
tion or sales of the residential units adver-
tised is carried on within the coxporate limits
of the Village . "
SECTION TWO: Section 2 of Article VIII of the Com-
prehensive Zoning ordinance of the Village of Buffalo crove,
fllinois, f961. as amended, is hereby amended by adding there-
to the following subsection:
SECTION TTIREE: Article x of the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, 196I, as
arnended, is hereby further amended by adding to subsections 2.I,
3-I, 4.1, 5.I, 6.I and 7.I, the following:
"Model homes, together with related equipment and
furnishings, designed as one-family detached dwell-
ings erected in connection with the sales of one-
family detached dwellings within the corporate
Iimits of the Village. "
SECTION FOUR: ftris ordinance shall be in fu1l force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
