WHEREAS, a Petition has been filed with the Village
Board asking that cerEain parcel of land which is contiguous
to the Village be annexed, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing before the corporate authori-
ties was had on a proposed Pre-Annexatlon Agreement in
connection wlth the zoning of said land as provlded by I'aw,
and
WHEREA.S, the President and Board of Trustees consider
it to the beit interest of the Vil'lage to annex said land
under and pursuant to the conditlons set forth ln the Peticion
for AnnexaEion and Pre-Annexation agreement.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILIAGE OF BUFFAI' GROVE,, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The Pre-Annexation Agreement by and
betneen Mld Baptist Missions and the Village of Buffalo
Grove, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a Part
hereof as Exhibit ttdt, is hereby approved in accordance
with iEs terms.
SECTION TIJO: The President and Clerk are hereby
authorized and ditected to execuEe said Pre-Annexation
Agreement on behalf of the Village.
SECTION TTIFGE: This Ordinance shalL be in full force
and effect from and after lts Passage and approval '
