certaln tract of 1and, a public hearing was held by the Zoning
Conrnlssion (P1an Comission) in accordance with the statutes of
the State of lllinois, and the ordinances of the Village of
Buffalo Grove, and said Corrmission did file and make reco"'r'endations
to the President and Board of Trustees with respect to the zoning
classification of said land and the Board approved said recomendations.

as set forth in the Comprehens ive Zoning Ordinance
of L961 as .Amended from time to ti.oe is further
anended to authorize and provide for the followlng
described land to be placed in B-4 Business Senrices
and Wholesale District:

division of that part of the Southwesr Ll4of Section 33, Tomship 43 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian, described
as beginning at the southwest conrer of said
