That ArticLe XVIII of the Zooing Ordinance of the Village of
Buffalo Grove, IlLinois, for the year 1961 as &aended, is
hereby amended to read as follows:
ARTICIE XVIII . FEES AND NOTICdS
The following fees are hereby established for the filing of
appLications for zoning aoendroents, variations, exceptions or
continuances, or in connection vith the establistment of B-3
Planned Business Center Districts and i'I-P Planned I'LanufacturingDistricts, as follows:
a) Applications for residential variations
b) ALl other appeals, variations, or special
uses

3. For exanination and inspection of each stage of the

4. An additional fee of $10.00 to cover re-notificaEionof interested persons and office expense shal1 be
charged when a continuance of any hearing is askedby the applicant or opponent.

be furnished by the appellant. These may be obtained, upon
payoent of the current charge, froro the reporting senrice

The Plan Cormrission and/or Zoning Board of Appeals,,in additionto the publication notice required by statute, shall aail (by
ordinary mail) vrritten notice to each property owner and/or
occupanE, withln a radius of 500 feet of the property affected
by the proposed variation, special use application or zoning
anendment. Said notice shall be.,mailed not less than 1-5 daysprior to the date of the pubLic hearing. Notice to the person lrho se

sidered adequate notice under the provisions hereof.
That Article XIX of the Zoning Ordinance of Ehe Village of Buffalo
Grove, Lllinois, for the yeat L96L as Amended is hereby -mendedto read:
ARTICIN XIX - VIOIATION AI.ID PdNALIY
Any person, fim or corporation who violates, disobeys, oroits,
neglects, or refuses to couply with or who resists the enforceoent
of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than $10.00 nor nore than $500.00 for each offense. Each
day that a violation is pernitted to exist shaLl constitute a
seParate offense.
