OF CONSTRUCTI,NG A MI'NICIPAL BUII,DING
BE IT ORDAIMD BY THE PRESIDEM AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILTAGE OF BIFFALo GROVE, ILLINOIS.
SECTION ]..The plans, specifications and estimated cost for the
construction of a munlcipal building, prepared by Joseph RaccuLia,
consultlng englneer in charge (a11 of whlch have been heretofore
submltted to the President and Board of Trustees) and the estLmated
cost of land acqulsltlon (also heretofore subrdtted) are hereby
approved. The Clerk of the Village ls dlrected to flle the eame
ln her offlce for publlc inspection.
SECTION 2.The President, Clerk and attorney are hereby authorized
and directed to prepare, execute and deliver aL1 necessary 1ega1
data, lnc ludlng electlon data, to purchase a site and co4lete
the construction of a municipal bullding; all other officers,
eqloyees and agents of the Vil.lage are hereby authorized and
dlrected to take all proceedlngs and to perform all acts as may
be necessary from time to tlme in connection therewlth.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
i.nnediately upon its Passage and approval accordl'ng to law.
