AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL
USE UNDER TIIE BUFT'ALO GROVE ZONING
ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF TI{E VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COI'NTY,
ILLINOTS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTTON l: Pursuant to Article VI of the Buffalo
Grove Zoning: Ordinance, and to the recommendation of the
Plan Commission after a public hearing held thereon on
Septemlce r t1,16 1965. in all respects held and notice thereof
given pursuant to law, a Special Use is hereby authorized
for the following described territory:
fhe North 400 feet of the West
462.32 feet of the Northeast
L/4, ard the North 400 feet of the
East 33 feet of the Northwe st L/4,
all- in Section 9-42-Il , Cook County,
IIIinois.
permitting the use thereon of a privately owned and operated
miniature golf putting course, wj- th accessory uses, subject to
the findings, terms and conditions of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2: It is hereby found and determined that
the evidence presented to the Plan Commission and to this Board
is such as to establish without reasonable doubt:
a That the proposed use at the particular
Iocation requested is necessary or desirable
to provide a service of a facility which
is in the interest of public convenience
and will contribute to the general
welfare of the neighborhood or community;

Ihat such use will not, under the
circumstances of the particular case, bc
detrimental to the health, safety, morals,
or general welfare of persons residing or
working in the vicinity or injurious to
property values or improvements in the
vic ini ty ;
That the proposed use vrill comply with the
regulati-ons and conditions gpecified in
this ordinance for such use, and with the
stipulatiorsand conditions made a part of
the authorization granted by the Vi11a9e
Board of Trustee.
SECTION 3:It is an express condition of the
Special Use authorization herein provided that such
use be permitted only for a period of five (5) years from
the date hereof.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in futl- force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publica-
tion as provided by Iaw.
