AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ZONaNG
DISTRICTS OF TERRITORY ANNEXED
TO THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE,COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Pursuant to Article XVII
of the Buffalo Grove Zoning Ordinance, and to the
recommendation of the Plan Commission after a public
ti
hearing held thereon on September 1*, 1965, in all
respects held and notice thereof given pursuant to law,
the location and boundaries of the zoning districts of
the territory annexed by Ordinance No. ,(% �a.Z) /00
passed and approved this ±day of ,1965,
are established as set forth in the map attached hereto
and made part hereof.
SECTION 2: The Village Clerk is directed
to include the territory shown on such map and the zoning
districts thereof in the official zoning map of the Village.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage,approval and
publication as provided by law.
