NOw, THEREFORE, be it Ordained by the president
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Buffalo crove, CookCounty, Illinois, as follows:
SECTION I:Ihe President is authorized and
WIIEREAS, it is in the best interests of theVillage of Buffalo Grove that a certain Annexatj_on Agreement,a copy of which is attached hereto and made part her6of, beentered into; and
WIIEREAS, the owners of record of the land whichis the subject of such agreement are ready, willing andable to enter into such agreement and to perform the obliga_tions as required thereunder; and
WIIEREAS, alI necessary legal conditions precedentto the execution of said Annexation Agreement have beenfully performed and complied with,
