AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5.2O
LTQUOR CONTROLS
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a Home Rule Unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of ]970.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDATNED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Vlllage of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION l. Section 5.2O.13O of the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
5.2O.13O Licenses authorized.
Subsection A. of Section 5.20.130 of the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal Code is
hereby amended with deletions in st+iketh+et*gh and additions in underline text
so that Subsection A. of Section 5.20.130 shall provide as follows.

A. A Class A liquor license for Telugu Ruchulu of BC, LLC d/b/a Nawabi
Hyderabad House Biryani Place at 8O0 Lake Cook Road is hereby
rescinded at the request of the licensee. The address for this license is
mistakenly noted as 228 McHenry Road in the code which is possibly a
scrivener's error. Village Ordinance 2O22-O77 notes the business premises
at 8OO Lake Cook Road. The correct address for the rescinded license for
Telugu Ruchulu of BC, LLC d/b/a Nawabi Hyderabad House Biryani Place is
8OO Lake Cook Road.
B. A Class A liquor license is reserved for SSAS Foods LLC d/b/a Hyderabad
House Buffalo Grove at 8OO Lake Cook Road. This reservation is subject to
the applicant completing Village requirements for said license on or before
April 20,2O26.fhe Village Manager shall have the authority to extend the
April 20,2026 date for good cause shown. lf not so extended, this
reservation shall cease.
C. A Class A liquor license is reserved for Culinary Conquest lnc d/b/a Flambe
Karma at ll55 McHenry Road. This reservation is subject to the applicant
