NO. 1962-018 BEING "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC"ORDINANCE NO. 65-- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.0-62-18 BEING "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC" AS AMENDED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1. Article 5 of Ordinance No. 0-62-18 as amended is hereby amended by adding thereto the following section: "5.15 It shall be unlawful to parK or stand any motor vehicle on the south curb of public highway commonly known as St. Mary's Parkway at any time except for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers and merchandise. In such event the loading or unloading of passengers shall take place within five minutes from the time of parking or standing and the loading or unloading of merchandise shall take place within thirty minutes from the time of parking or standing. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publi- cation according to law. AYES: NAYES: Passed this 20th day of May 1965.
