BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDEM AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILIAGE OF BLTFFAIO GROVE, COOK AND IAKE C0UMTES, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. Section II of Ordinance No. 0-58-24 entitled
"Vehicle Licenses" as amended, is hereby
, ;unended by the followlng addlrlon:
Sectlon II
(d) Purchase prlce of sticker may be
applted as credit toward purchaee of
subsequent higher price sticker prlor
to March 31st of glven sticker year
provided proper proof ls shown as to
dlsposal of vehicle and further pro-
vided the $1.00 tranefer fee shall-
also be pald.
(e) Purchase prlce of sticker may be applled
on purchase prlce of subsequent lowerprlce sEicker prior to March 31st of
glven sticker year provlded proper
proof is shown as to disposal of vehicle.
There shall be no refunds of the excess
and the $1.00 transfer fee shal1 be paid.
SECTION 2.A11 ordinancea or parts of ordinances in confllctwlth this amendment are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.This ordlnance shall be in full force and effect
from and after lEs pasaage, approval and publlcatlon
accordlng to Law.
