BE IT ORDAINED BY TIIE PRESIDEMT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIIE VILI.AGE
OF BI'FFALO GROVE. ILLINOIS:
SECTION I. SECTION(:6, of Ordinance No. O-5A-22 as Amended, is hereby
amended to read. as follc,hrs:
SECTION 6: No permit or amendment thereto shall issue \rithout the
fee being paid. lrhe scheclule of fees shal1 be as folIo$rs 3
For construction costing more than $100.00 but less than
$2500.00 the fee shall be g1O.O0.
For construction costing $2500.00 or more, but less than
$5000.00 the fee shall be $25.00.
For construction costing $5000.00 or more, but less than
$20.000.00 the fee sha1l be $125.00.
For construction costing $20,000.00 or tnore, th6 fee shall
be $125.00 plus $2.50 for each additional g1,OO0.0O of cost.

services as may be allored from time to time by Resolution

SECTION 2: All provisions of Ordinance in conflict herewith, are
