each such License shall be three hundred flfty ($350.00)
dollars per flscal year or any fraction thereof. Class E

Beer and Wine as ueed hereln are deflned ae follows:
WINE-Any alcohollc beverage obtained by the fermerr
tation of the natural contents of frults, or vegta-
bles containing sugar, lnc luding such beverages when
fortifled by the addltlon of alcohol.
B[ER-Any beverage obtalned by the alcohollc feroen-
tation of an lnfueion or concoction of barley or
other grain, malts and hops Ln water, including,
among other things, beer, ale, stout, lager beer,
porter and the 1ike.

a. DISPIAY 0P LICEIEE. Every Llcensee thall
cause the liquor Llcenee to be hung ln plaln vlew in
a coospicuous place ln the llcenged premlees.
b. DISPIAY Of PREI,fISES. A11 rooue where llquor
ls sold for consr.4tlon of the preolses shall be contin-
uously lighted durlng buslness hours by natural llght or
artiflclal white llght 8o that all Psrts of the Lnterl'or
of tbe premlses shall be clearly vlslble. In caee the
vlew lnto aoy such llcenaed premlees requlred by the fore-
golng provislon ehall be wllfully obecured by the llcensee
or by him wllfully suffered to be obscured, or ln any oanner
obatructed, then such Llcenae ehal1 be subject to revocatlon
ln the oanner provlded 1n thls Ordlnance. In order to enforce
the provlelons of the Sectlon, the Llquor Control Cmlgsioner
shall have the rlght to requl.re the flllng wlth htn of plans,
drawinga and photographs ehowlng the layout of the premleee.

the rrorde "two hundred ($200.00) doI1arg" and Lngerting the
words "flve hundred ($500.00) dollarsr'. A11 other provLsione
of sald Sectlon sha1l reoaln the same.
SECTION 20 of eald Ordluance is hereby rended by deleting
the wordg "tno htmdred ($200.00) dollare and loaertlng the
