ATINIIAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of BuffaLo Grove, Cook and Lake Counties, Illinois:
SECTION f. That for the purpose of defraying all the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the Village of Buffalo crove for the
fiscal year corunencing l{ay I, 1964, and ending April 30, 1965, the
following sums, or so much thereof as by law may be suthorized, be
and the same are hereby appropriated for the following municipal-
purposes, to-wit:

llhe foregoing are hereby appropriated from the general-
property tax for corporate purposes as provided by
Statute, and from the ticense, motor fuel tax, road and briclge
tax, and miscell-aneous revenuts of the VilJ-age.
SEETION 2.That any unexpended balance of any items of any
appropriation by this ordinance may be expended in making up
any insufficiency in any other item of appropriation made by
this ordinance.
SECTION 3.If any item or portion of this ordinance is for
any reason held invatid, such decision shall not affect the
vatidity of the rernaining portion of such item or the remaining
portion of this Ordinance.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval-, and publ-ication, as
provided by )-aw.
