WHERE AS, the Vluage has entered lnto a certaln
Pre-Annexatlon Agreement vrlth sundry property owners by
wh1ch, among other thlngs, saldland ls to be annexed to
the V1l1age, and
WHBEAS, pursuant to the lnstructlons of the Presl-
dent and Board of Trustees of the Vlllage, the Zonlng
Comnl.sslon (Plan Co..r sslon) d1d pubush due notlce for a
publlc hearlng 1n accordance wlth the Etatutes and ordl-
nances and a publlc hearlng was held pursuant thereto, and
WHEREAS, sald Commlsslon dld flIe and make recormenda-
tlons to the Presldent and Bo ard wlth respect to the zonlng
classlflcatlon of the fand to be annexed and other fand contl-
guous thereto, whlch recommendatlons have been approved.

Grove as set forth 1n the Conprehen8lve Zonlng ordlnance of
1961 and as amended ls fLlther anende d ln the nEnner set forth
1n the map attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhlblt
"Att to authorlze and provlde for the zonlng classlflcatlons
shown on sald map for the area set forth thereln.
SECTION TlrlO: The Vl11age Englneer 1s hereby authorlzed
and dlrected to enlarge and change the officlal zonlng map of
the Vl11age to conform to the provlslons of thls Ordlnance '
SECTION THREE: A11 Ordlnances or parts of Ordlnances
ln confllct herewlth are hereby repealed'
