SUBJECT: REVISION OF ZONING ORDINANCE

Chairman Heinrich made the following motion :
The Zoning Board of Appeals hereby goes on record to the
Village Board of Trustees expressing their disagreement
with the Section of the Proposed Title 17 - Zoning Ordinance
Revision regarding Special Uses ; asking that the language
in the ordinance be changed to go back to the Zoning Board
of Appeals handling Special Uses except for Planned Unit
Developments and New Annexations .
