I move we accept the sign package for Strathmore Shopping Plaza
( with the exception of White Hen Pantry) with the following
stipulations :
1 . Signs are to be made of Helvetica letters ; medium -
18 inch upper case letters and 10 inch lower
case letters . Individual back lit letters of nl exi-R1 as
2 . Location of the lettering dependent upon the
building frontage , to be located either 14 inches
above tangent of the archway , or 18 inches �ryire 144.1.010..

Letters to be minimum of 18 inches from lease lot line .
3 . Brand names and/or Logos prohibited . ( Little Italian
Pizza sign okay and to be used as sample to others . )
4 . All signs and colors to be approved by the Village
of Buffalo Grove ; following colors have been
approved : Yellow - #20-16
Yellow - #23-25
, Orange - #21-19
White - #73-25
Ammendment - 'No two adjoining stores can have the
same color .
5 . Electrical disconnect to be centered on the arch and
painted out to match the background
6 . All signs must comply with Village ord finances .

The following paragraph relating to building signs for the tenants in Strathmore
Shopping Plaza will be placed in all new leases for the center and a letter
will be written to all present lessees that have signed leases advising them
of our latest agreement.
- BUILDING SIGNS -
Thelletters are to be Helvetica Medium, with eighteen inch upper case letters
and ten inch lower case letters. Location of the lettering, dependent upon
the building front, will hither be located fourteen inches above the tangent _
of the archway, or eighteen inches above the roof base on the fascia board.
Brand names and i ogothpes •i n signs are prohibited. A maximum distance of -
eighteen inches from the lease lot lines between store names must be main- •
t&i ned. The following Plexi gl ass colors san be used for lettering: 2OF_ 16
• yellow; 23 - 25 yellow; 21 - 19 orange; : and 73__- 25 white. All signs to be
approved by Village of Buffalo Grove. - -,
