Review of status of the three (3) existing For Rent, Sale, Lease signs for Riverwalk Place
Apartments.
V. NEW BUSINESS
A. 902 Hilldale Lane, Wayne Kruty
Fence Code, Section 15.20.040 — To construct a six (6) foot cedar board on board wood fence
beginning at the southwest corner of the house and extending south a distance of six (6) feet
beyond the building setback line along Fabish Drive, then turning west to the rear property
line.
B. 400 W. Dundee Road, Village Plaza
Sign Code, Sections 14.20.030 and 14.20.070 — To install a ground sign that would be located
closer than the thirteen (13) feet to the property line as required based upon the sign height for
the property.
C. 175 McHenry Road, Chase Bank
Deviation to the Grove Point Plaza Shopping Center Sign Criteria to allow a maximum letter
height of 30" and to allow the maximum sign depth to be 8-5/16" for the logo.
