V. NEW BUSINESS A. 14 University Court, Robert and Carol Clark Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.40.020 — To construct a screened porch that would encroach four (4) feet into the required thirty (30) foot rear yard setback. B. 388 Lauren Lane, Theresa Prindiville Zoning Ordinance, Sections 17.32.020 and 17.40.020 — To construct a one and a half (1-1/2) story addition on the rear of the home that would reduce the separation of the principal structure and the detached garage to five (5) feet; and to construct a roofed-over front porch that would encroach a distance of three (3) feet six (6) inches into the required twenty-five (25) foot front yard setback.
