AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PARKING
RESTRICTION CHANGES ON BERNARD
DRIVE
WHEREAS the Village of Buffalo Crove is a home rule unit pursuant to the
lllinois Constitution of 1970; and
WHEREAS the Village seeks to amend the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal
Code to provide for safe and efficient traffic flow along Bernard Drive; and
WHEREAS the recommendations have been developed by the Village's
engineering consultants and reviewed and approved by Village Engineering staff;
and
WHEREAS the recommendations of the Village Engineer have been
presented to the Corporate Authorities.
NOW THEREFORE BE lT ORDATNED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Buffalo Crove, Cook and Lake Counties, lllinois, as follows:
SECTION I. The foregoing recitals are hereby adopted and incorporated and made a
part of this Ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
SECTION 2. Lines 8, 9,29,96,]10, and l2l of Secrion l3O8 of Article Xil of Chaprer BC-
ll of Title lO of the Village of Buffalo Crove Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following portions as shown by the underlined and highlighted
text and removing the following portions as shown by the struek+h+eugh text below
as follows:
8. On West-boundBernard Drive, along the north curbline from Arlington
Heights Road toMlincoln Te rrace+o+ket+
Seheel and along the south curbline from a point 14O feet west ofthe
centerline of Creenwood Court South to Elmwood Drive.

SECTION 3. lf any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this Ordinance shall be
held invalid, the invalidity thereof shall not affect any other provision of this
Ord ina nce.
