Sign Code, Sections 14.20.030 and 14.20.070 — To reface the existing ground sign.

Sign Code Sections 14.20.030; 14.20.070 and 14.40. 145 — To allow a second ground
sign on the property, which would be an off-premises directional ground sign. Said
ground sign would be located closer to the property line than permitted, and would be
located within 250 feet of an existing ground sign located on the same parcel.
C. 1500 Abbott Court, Twin Rinks Ice Pavilion
Village Board deferral back to the Zoning Board of Appeals for appeal of the Zoning
Board of Appeals decision to deny the request for variance of Sign Code, Section
14.40.025
