OLD BUSINESS A. 1160 Windbrooke Drive, The Apartments at Windbrooke Crossing Sign Code, Section 14.20.010 and Section 14.20.070— For the purpose of allowing two (2) ground signs on the property; for the purpose of allowing the two (2) ground signs to exceed five (5) feet in height; for the purpose of allowing the two (2) ground signs each exceeding thirty two (32) square feet in area; for the purpose of allowing the two (2) ground signs to be located in the required building setback area; and to allow the ground sign on the northwest corner to be located closer to the property line than permitted. B. 2000 Wright Boulevard, Scott Goldstein Fence Code, Section 15.20.040 - For the purpose of constructing a four (4) foot open style fence beginning on the south elevation at the rear of the garage extending south a distance of approximately thirty (30) feet beyond the building setback line along Olive Hill Drive stopping about twelve (12) inches north of the sidewalk; then turning west to the rear property line maintaining a twelve (12) inch separation from the sidewalk; then turning north a distance of approximately eighteen (18) feet. Main Street, Northwest Central Dispatch Fence Code, Section 15.20.040 - For the purpose of installing additional nine (9) foot high vinyl coated chain link fencing around the tower and radio system equipment located at 2950 N. Main Street. C. 787 Stonebridge Lane, Colleen Pragalz and Oscar Rivera Fence Code, Section 15.20.040 - For the purpose of constructing a four (4) foot chain link fence beginning at the northeast corner of the house and extending east to the east property line along Stonebridge Lane, then turning south to the rear property line maintaining a distance of eighteen (18) inches from the sidewalk, then turning west and returning to the building setback line. E. 1701 Leider Lane,Sysmex America To amend Ordinance 2009-56 Section 4.b to read "The sign to be installed shall be in accordance with Zoning Board of Appeals Exhibit"E"Sheet Number P-4b with a revision dated of April 25, 2012. F. 1665 Buffalo Grove Road,Starbuck's Coffee Sign Code,Section 14.16.030;Section 14.16.060;Section 14.16.070;Section 14.20.070;and Section 14.24.010.R-For the purpose of replacing the menu board ground sign,which is an additional ground sign on the property and would exceed fifty(50)square feet in area;to install three (3)graphic board wall signs on the north elevation of the building; and for the purpose of replacing the window graphics on the north elevation that exceed the forty(40) percent window coverage limitation.
