Review of status of the existing For Rent, Sale, Lease Sign
B. 2229 Avalon Court South, Bryan and Elyse Ward
Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.36.030.F.4.a — For the purpose of allowing the existing
driveway to be replaced. The driveway currently exceeds the 40%front yard coverage
limitation by approximately 145 square feet.
C. 470 Mayfair Lane, Ben and Michele Crown
Fence Code, Sections 15.20.040 and 15.20.070— For the purpose of replacing the existing
three (3) foot high cedar picket fence in the same location. Said fence begins at the north
rear corner of the garage and extends north thirty (30) feet beyond the building setback line
along Mayfair Lane to the north property line; then turning west along the north property
line to the rear property line; then turning south and returning to the building setback line.
