Review of status of the existing For Rent, Sale, Lease sign.
B. 1200 W. Dundee Road, Comet Neon on behalf of GoldMax
Sign Code, Sections 14.16.030 and Section 14.16.070, for the purpose of allowing the
proposed wall sign to exceed the maximum sign length permitted by twelve (12) inches
on the East elevation of the building; and to allow the existing wall sign to remain as
installed that exceeds the maximum sign length permitted by fifty (50) inches on the
South elevation of the building.
C. 15-45 E. Dundee Road, 14 Dundee Road, LLC
Zoning Ordinance, Section 17.44.030.1, for the purpose of allowing the height of the
building to exceed the maximum permitted height of forty-five (45) feet by eleven (11)
feet six (6) inches.
