CLASSIFICATION FEES - CLASS A - D LICENSESORDINANCE NO, 0-62 - 8 AN ORDINANCE AMDING THE LI,UGR CONTROL ORDINANCE NO. 0-60-12, AS AMENDED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEE'S OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, SECTION; 6 of the Buffalo Grove Liquor Control Ordinance is hereby amended as follows: Section6. Classification - Fees. Such licenses shall he, ;and are hereby divided into four (4) classes, 1lo- , wit: (1) Class A Licenses shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors for consumption on or off specified premises. The annual fee for such license shall be One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars per fiscal year beginning May 1, 1962, Class A Licenses shall be limited in number as follows: (a) One license for the first 5000 inhabitants; one additional suc�-� license for each additional 5000 inhabitants or fraction thereof. (2) Class B License shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors on the specified premises, for consumption on or off the premises. The annual fee for such license shall be Five Hundred (4500.00) Dollars per fiscal year beginning May 1, 1962. Class B Licenses shall be limited. in number as follows: (a) One license for the first 59000 inhabitants and one additional license for each additional 5,000 inhabitants or fraction thereof. (3) Class C License shall authorize the retail sale of alcoholic liquors on the specified premises, for consumption on the said premises only. The annual fee for such license shall be Four Hundred (le 5400.00) Dollars per fiscal year beginning May 1, 1962. follows: Class C Licenses shall be limited in number as (a) One license for the first 2000 inhabitants; one additional license for each additional 2000 inhabitants or fraction thereof. (4) Class D License shall authorize the retail sale of all alcoholic liquors in its original package only, not for consumption on the premises where sold.
