ORDINANCE NO. 90-
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CHAPTER 17 . 52 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS , the Village of Buffalo Grove is a Home Rule Unit by
virtue of the provisions of the Constitution of the State of
Illinois of 1970 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF BUFFALO GROVE, COOK AND LAKE
COUNTIES , ILLINOIS, as follows :
Section 1 : Section 17 . 52 . 050 .A. of the Village of Buffalo
Grove Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows :
17 . 52 . 050 - Authorized Variations - Corporate Authorities
A. The Corporate Authorities , after a Public Hearing is
held and a finding of fact is submitted by the Board,
may by ordinance determine and vary the application of
any of the regulations of this Title in harmony with
the general purpose and intent of such regulations .

hereinafter set forth , the Corporate Authorities shall
not exceed the limitations set forth in Section
17 . 52 . 040 nor grant any variations for any permitted or
special use of land . The Corporate Authorities may
vary up to 50% of the required distance between a
principal building and an accessory building .
Section 2 : This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication . This
ordinance may be published in pamphlet form.
